T-Pain sat down for an interview with HipHopDX.com! He talks about his song "5 O'Clock" with Lily Allen, his freestyle with comedian Kevin Hart and his Nappy Boy label. When asked why he named his album rEVOLVEr, Pain says that "Basically, it’s just don’t judge a book by its cover. Usually, when people hear the name of the album’s rEVOLVEr, they’ll think of guns and violence and stuff like that, then when you see the title, you see it’s all about evolution and evolving and getting better. It’s not just the title of the album."

T-Pain recently sat down with AllHipHop.com for an in-depth interview. He discusses his "Top 5 Dead Or Alive" artists and what it's like working with people like Wiz Khalifa and Chris Brown. When talking about his new album rEVOLVEr, T-Pain says that "Basically, it’s just getting to know who T-Pain is. Even if they’ve been rocking since day one, they’re just getting to really know who T-Pain is. I feel like my music, I don’t know why, my music isn’t a part of me. You know what I’m saying? It feels like the T-Pain that we hear on the songs and then the T-Pain that we see on interviews and on TV, it’s not exactly the same person. But people fail to realize, these songs are real."
