Disappointed Fan: Cleveland Screamfest Concert

I just wanted to say that I went to the rescheduled Cleveland Screamfest concert and I was very disappointed. I spent $160 on my tickets to see T-pain perform and he didn't. They didn't even say that he wasn't going to perfom they just went on with the concert. Young Joc came out and sang part of "Buy U A Drank" but there was no T-pain. The concert was said to be SoLd OuT and I know that there are a lot of disappointed fans in Cleveland.
