Why isn't T-Pain going to be at the B96 Pepsi Summerbash this year???????

I'm like, gona cry if he doesn't come to the B-Bash this year.... i feel like writing him a letter......lol. Stiillll, I wont even want to go to the B-Bash without him there. Does anyone else live here in Chi-town??? (aka Chicago)
